The website/app may allow visitors to submit requests for bookings, visits, activities or related services. A submitted request is an enquiry/request only until reviewed and officially confirmed.
We may ask for name, mobile number, email address, visit date, number of visitors, selected destination/activity and other details relevant to the request.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. Availability may depend on capacity, operational conditions, permissions, weather, conservation restrictions, government instructions and other factors.
We may send request acknowledgement, confirmation, changes, cancellation, additional-information requests, operational restrictions or other necessary service notifications through email, phone or WhatsApp.
If a request needs to be changed or cancelled, contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation or modification is subject to rules applicable to the particular service or destination.
Submission of a booking request does not represent payment or a paid reservation. If payment is introduced later, separate payment, cancellation and refund terms will be published.
Visitors must follow forest, wildlife, safety, entry, photography, environmental and other instructions issued by the concerned authorities. Access may be restricted for safety, conservation, weather or operational reasons.
